Rise of Kingdoms’ Dreams of Phantasma update sets up Halloween and kingdom rivalry
Lilith’s App Store release history dates version 1.1.12.20 to September 22 and lists a Halloween event series, Camp Treaty, Wheel of Fortune adjustments, and Lost Kingdom changes. Radiant Rivalry was marked “Available Soon” in the notes, so its inclusion was not confirmation that the event had begun.
Lilith Games’ version 1.1.12 release notes frame “Dreams of Phantasma” around seasonal events and changes to kingdom competition. Apple’s App Store version history dates build 1.1.12.20 to September 22, 2026. The listed content includes a Halloween event series, a new Camp Treaty feature, Wheel of Fortune adjustments, and updates to Lost Kingdom and Season of Conquest systems. This is the release record for the App Store listing; it should not be treated as proof that every desktop client received the same build on that date.
One item in the notes is especially important to read with its status intact: Radiant Rivalry is marked “Available Soon.” The description of the feature says adjacent kingdoms will be paired as rivals, but the App Store summary does not establish when it went live, which kingdoms were eligible, or how the first matches worked. The phrase indicates a planned or pending activity in the update notes, not confirmation that it was already active for all players. Governors should check their in-game event calendar and kingdom eligibility before planning around it.
The release notes also name five commanders added to the Season of Conquest tavern: Choe Yeong, Shajar al-Durr, John Hunyadi, Philip II, and Stephen III. They are described as additions to the tavern pool, not as five newly released characters. Other changes concern Lost Kingdom matchmaking and rewards. Lilith says different domains belonging to the same kingdom can now be matched into one Lost Kingdom, and it added individual season-rank rewards in the form of limited-time titles. The notes also describe automatic camp assignment for a Season 3 King of All Britain story and adjustments to quest ordering.
The combat and interface section is narrower. It includes an optimization intended to prevent troops from sliding when map combat begins, revised graphic and combat settings, and a change to Artemis’s Darkmoon Ambush targeting in the Song of Troy Season of Conquest story. Lilith explicitly says one commander-skill description edit is text-only and does not change the skill’s effect. Medium-graphics devices are also set to show remastered troop models by default after the update, with the setting still adjustable under Unit Visuals.
For players returning in October, version 1.1.12 is useful as a record of systems and seasonal content the publisher said it was preparing, not a complete live calendar. Event availability can depend on kingdom age, season, and region. Check the client’s current notes before acting on an activity or assuming that the App Store build history represents the Windows client. The project’s supplied platform label remains “WIN ONLY”; Lilith’s older PC release announcement described Windows and Mac OS availability, so that catalog label should be reconciled separately before publication.
